Below you will find a permission slip (that UNB requires and OHS requires too)that needs to be signed by your parents and a document that includes the experimental work that we will be doing at UNB. This information needs to be brought in as soon as possible(May 16 the latest) so that I can type up a list for the busing information and to forward to UNB. I will have a limited number of copies of this at school.
